Return & Refund Policy

1. RETURNS

RETURNS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM THE WEGYM WEBSITE.

- If you are not 100% Satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

- Non-product quality problems, you need to pay the return fee yourself

* Sealed Products in original packaging have an $3 Restocking Fee.

* Opened Products have a $5 Open Box Fee.

- We can refuse delivery or charge additional fees for damaged or lost returns, used products, or missing parts.

Note:

- Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

2. REFUNDS

REFUNDS ARE ONLY VALID WITHIN THE FIRST 30 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE.

How to Request a Refund?

- Order #or Email address - found on your purchase confirmation email

- Product Photo - clearly showing the item to be returned.

- Reason for Return - 1 or 3 lines about what didn't work for you.

How to Get your Money Back?

- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Please kindly note that the return processing time is generally about one week. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
